SECOND RALLY AGAINST SCHOOL ADMINISTRATION A SUCCESS!

Neither Flood Waters nor ISD hired Constables able to Stop Confederate Rally

It takes more than a little rain (okay a major flood) from a tropical storm keep Confederates from redressing grievances against Cypress Fairbanks ISD Administrators. The rally went on as scheduled.

A Confederate from Tupelo, Mississippi made it into town in the early afternoon Friday and experienced no difficulties other than very heavy rain with wind. The Chairman of SIP Mississippi, Ray White, who was en-route from Jackson, Mississippi with his wife and son called and advised that he would be in town later Friday night.

At approximately, 9:00 P.M. Friday night Ray White contacted Henry Gresham, the SIP National Chairman who was coordinating the rally, via cell phone reporting that he was at a Denny's Restaurant on IH-10 and was having trouble finding Loop 610. Gresham told him to stay where he was and that he would try to come and find him. **BAD MISTAKE**

Once Gresham got into the area it was obvious they were in trouble. White called back and advised that the water was so high in the Denny's parking lot that they didn't think they could drive out and that they would sleep in their truck.

Nevertheless, White and his family finally were led to a safe route by a Houston Police officer and arrived in time for the rally. Meanwhile, After flooding out many times, pushing the van and sleeping on and off Gresham was finally able to also gain a route back to northwest Houston. It was now 5:30 A.M. Saturday morning. On the way to Gresham's house they passed the Cypress Fairbanks ISD Administration Building and notice that there were already two Constable units sitting in the parking lot guarding the egos of the ISD Administrators.

Upon arriving at Gresham's home Saturday morning and after cleaning up they headed out for the rally, which began at 9:00 A.M. as scheduled. Cypress Fairbanks ISD had at least 5 Constable units with approximately 10 Deputy Constables, 2 Assistant Superintendents and the ISD head of Security waiting for us. ALL entrances were blocked to this shopping mall size parking lot by the Constables and they were all standing out in the rain waiting to stop the rally.

(This ISD parking lot and Administration building was paid for by Texas tax payers and thus public property, but claimed as private property by the Cypress Fairbanks ISD which is not located near any of the school campuses in that ISD).

Upon Gresham's arrival the Constables warned that the rally would not be allowed and if any Confederates stepped on the property to redress their grievances they would be arrested for Criminal Trespass (on public property). They also, said that they had spoken to the owners of the vacant 29 acres that is for sale across the street from the ISD location and received authority to arrest any Confederates holding a rally there.

We then went to the abandoned Albertson's Supermarket (two blocks to the north and across the street from 10300 Jones Road) and held our Picket/Rally. We were still in view of the Cypress Fairbanks hired Gestapo.

In spite of the flood which had now closed most major highways entering the greater Houston, supporters were there from Tupelo and Jackson, Mississippi, Dallas, Orange, Lufkin, Pearland, Cypress, Austin and Houston, Texas.

We had expected six or eight dozen more folks to arrive Saturday morning from the Southern Independence Party of Texas, the Southern Preservation Association, the League of the South, the Sons of Confederate Veterans and the Stars and Bars not to mention the expected several dozen high school students out for the summer who had planned to attend.

Nevertheless, our attendance was approximately 25 in strength which I feel was a good turnout with that type of weather. Several of our attorneys were mad enough to chew nails at the illegal actions of the hired Constables acting under the unconstitutional recommendations of the Harris County District Attorney's office.

The rally continued with Picket signs and Confederate flags, Mississippi State flags, Scottish flags and Texas State Flags until 12:15 P.M. For the entire 3 hours and 15 minutes that these Southrons were having fun and great Confederate fellowship the Constables and Cypress Fairbanks ISD Administration personnel were out standing in the rain defending their egos and their alleged property (Apparently, that was more important to those hapless and unlawful school Administrators than helping flood victims).

After leaving the rally location the Confederates drove by the ISD Building and the wet ISD ego protectors in parade fashion, which was the opposite direction from their destination of Henry Gresham's house, but right past the Cy-Fair Gestapo waving their flags out the windows, honking their DIXIE horns letting out a few Rebel Yell's and friendly waves. We then all arrived at the Gresham house for hot homemade soup and more good Confederate fellowship.

IT WAS A GREAT DAY IN DIXIE! - In spite of the storm, flood and Gestapo.

A side note: The ISD Administration, including the School Board, are desperately ill with political correctness to the point that they have become politically corrupt, grossly involved in reverse discrimination and, in fact, politically criminal in their actions.

They will be legally confronted over their illicit actions which were sanctioned by Harris County assistant District Attorney Terry Wilson. Furthermore, the Cypress Fairbanks ISD has not even apologized to the State of Mississippi nor the folks from Mississippi, including John Thomas Cripps, the strong Confederate Candidate for Governor of Mississippi for expelling a student for wearing a T-shirt depicting the Mississippi State flag.

There are also questions to be answered concerning the use of a publicly elected Constable and his large force of deputies as the private security force of the Cypress Fairbanks ISD such as which tax payer funded budget were these men paid from and was the expenditure justified in violation of the Constitution of Texas and of the United States?
