PROCLAIMING LIBERTY AND FREEDOM
The League of the South along with the Sons of Confederate Veterans and several other organizations of the South have all worked for several years to maintain the history and cultural heritage of our South. However, the members of those organizations are aging and even dying off and the newer generation has not been rushing in to join. Thus, the end is in sight for Southern Heritage if that is all there is to the movement. Fortunately, men like Dr. Hill had the foresight to see that the time had come to begin the long hard pull in the political arena for a Southern Independence movement.
Clearly, such a political movement without the education and assistance from the LoS and the SCV would have a much harder job to accomplish. Clearly such groups need to continue and even expand their efforts and should be supported by us all.
However, don't get the idea that because some are now proclaiming that the time is not right for a call to Secession that this equates to the abolishment of the Southern political movement. Surely, we can see through this call for “Secession Now” by the Baxley group. The enemy would like to foreclose our chances by encouraging a premature effort.
Fortunately, however, for most of the Southern States, Secession is not a legal option now nor in the future. In fact, Secession for most of the Southern States is a legally moot point and a redundancy because most of these states including Texas legally seceded in 1861 from the United States and formed the Confederate States of America. Once a State secedes, it cannot again secede from the same country.
After most of the shooting ended following General Lee’s surrender in 1865, and although the Confederate States of America never surrendered nor suspended its Constitution, invading Yankee troops rushed in and established the military occupation of the South and forced with bayonets the dissolution of the existing elected governments of the various Southern States and replaced such with A Yankee (Washington) appointees for Governors and legislators.
They also established economic control through various means including outright confiscation of vast amounts of private property in the South. They also established Yankee controlled public schools in order to destroy the Southern Cultural Heritage and establish a false history pleasing to the Northern interests.
The Yankee controlled (Satellite) State Governments then voted to re-apply for Statehood to the United States. Therefore, renewed Statehood in the United States was forced involuntarily upon the citizens of the South much the same as the people of the Ukraine were forced into the Soviet Union. This action by illegitimate State governments did not legally undo the earlier Bills of Secession.
The U.S. military occupation of the Southern States continues to this day along with the civil and political control, the educational and cultural cleansing control and the economic control (IRS, SEC, etc.) and even the religious control continues to this day and is being turned over to the United Nations rapidly.
Those State governments in the South today, of course, are seemingly elected by the people. But, the funding comes from predominantly Northern controlled Corporations and the candidates are in Northern Controlled parties such as the “Republicrat Party” and are often not even Southern born. They are therefore still satellite States of the United States and are not truly free and independent States belonging by their own free will and choice. Their ballots have been counted for them and their intent determined.
The alleged Statehood of these Southern States is, therefore, involuntary, fraudulent and false.
These Southern States are no more than occupied territories of the United States. It is ridiculous to talk of Secession again, therefore, unless we are to admit that the forced governments of these conquered Southern States were and are legally legitimate and not just the spoils of conquest.
Since our captors have set up laws to allow us to have the illusion of electing “our own” State governments, then this is exactly what we must do. However, instead of Washington approved candidates, they must be true sons of the South and must be dedicated to the Restoration of the Confederate States of America. Once the people in the precincts are taught the truth and once they have elected Southern Independence candidates to the legislatures and as Governors of their States, true Liberty becomes available.
All it will take is for the Legislatures of those States to proclaim a Bill of Liberty and of Termination of Occupation as a Free State mentioning their Bill of Secession of 1861 followed by a Bill of Allegiance for the Confederate States of America and that State will have legally reaffirmed its Statehood as a State of the Confederacy.
WE CAN THEN PROCLAIM LIBERTY THROUGHOUT THE LAND (OUR STATES) AND BEGIN THE RESTORATION AND REORGANIZATION OF THOSE STATES AS FREE AND INDEPENDENT STATES OF THE CONFEDERACY.
(There are a few States which were later formed and which did not, as States, secede before. These may still be legally correct in preparing for secession from the United States, but they must still be Liberated thereafter if they are to be successful.)
This, then, is the challenge and the opportunity left to us. No, we don’t have to yield to appeasement. Our enemies hope for this. By holding on to our strong ensigns (our Third National Flag and the Battle Flag or Union Jack) and by having the courage to actually go for Freedom and Liberty, a political movement shall be unstoppable and also gain international support. This must be a coordinated effort conducted by the Chairmen of each such State Party of the Southern Independence Party movement. The Chairmen coming together with one vote each into the Federation of States can unify our efforts without effecting centralist control over the Sovereignty of the various States involved. The Southern Independence Party Constitution provides for a fair representation of not only the various State governments, but for representation of the people in the districts within those States through a two house congress. This Constitution therefore would serve as a forerunner to the Restoration of the existing and un-suspended Constitution of the Confederate States of America.
Once actual Restoration of the Confederate States of America has been accomplished, the necessary amendments may be legally made and ratified to the Constitution thereof removing the old slavery clauses and updating certain other areas requiring safeguarding. Support and Join the Federation of States in this effort.
