The Southern Independence Party of Texas
DO WE SEEK SECESSION?
By Vance Beaudreau - May 2002
We are fully aware of the international and national corporate empire which is driving us in the direction of fascism which we have already obtained as our real government. Admiralty law suited the British East India Company and it suits corporate America today who continues to hold the South hostage in an illegal occupation by the United States.
The real 13th amendment is already written into proposed amendments to the Constitution of the Confederate States of America. Likewise, no semblance of the 14th or 16th amendments is found there. Confederate citizenship is derived from the State not the Federal level and no fraudulent ideas of adhesion contracts shall bind Confederate citizens either to their State or to the National level. Adhesion is like some nasty stuff that one gets on themselves that they are not allowed to wash off. Citizenship shall be obtained at 18 for qualified persons by their signing oaths of loyalty and allegiance to the Constitutions of their respective Confederate States and by pledging allegiance to the Constitution of the Confederate States of America.
Most people in the colonies in 1776 believed that secession from Great Britain was not wise and that it would never be allowed. Only a small percentage of the people actually supported General George Washington. Although we defeated the British in battle twice, they later conquered us economically. See the Chart attached on the owners of the Fed. In our article “Root of Roots of Our Economic Woes” on our web page at www.southernindependenceparty.cc
We do not seek secession. That has already been done and has never been lawfully undone. We seek re-affirmation and restoration of the existing but vacant government of the Confederate States of America. Politically, this will take time. We intend to do this peacefully, lawfully and sensibly.
Of course, no one can achieve lawful and enforceable agreement with an unscrupulous thief and bully who is holding a club in his hands without holding at least a baseball bat in their own hand. Even then, if a party hopes to stop the bully from his thefts and attempts at control, it sometimes helps to offer a few plums with the other hand.
In our case, we intend to argue that there are economic advantages and opportunities in the division of the United States as trading partners and as a reduction of management needed in Washington over their remaining States. We shall honor contracts we have with corporations and we shall not steal nor nationalize corporate property nor infringe upon the rights of foreign stockholders in corporations operating in the South. We shall protect economics and commerce.
But, we, of the Confederate States of America, are an occupied nation today. We want our freedom. We see no advantage at all in remaining a captive nation of the United States. In our quest for liberation we will not yield our States' Rights and local control ideas for government. We will not work to restore the Confederacy only to emulate the fascist/socialist/centralist government found in Washington, D.C. Nor will we give away the main treasure in our plum offerings by allowing the internationalist powers to set up a central bank for us. (If we offered that, they would likely help us gain independence).
But, the extraction (of the Fed) is one of the main things that we must do to return to the independence once gained from the British Empire. We will leave the Fed in tact along with the IRS and the United Nations. The United States is welcome to all of these. That is not our business. But these we shall not have in the restored Confederacy. Neither shall we have slaves. Today, we are all slaves of the Fascist Empire. Freedom is worth the effort and the risk.
We realize that there are hazards in regaining our freedom and independence as a Confederate nation. The people so long enslaved in the Soviet Bloc had the courage to gain their freedom. The internationalists allowed this to happen rather than to try to fight them all, realizing possible greater opportunities in the long run. Amazingly, the Russians even allowed the Ukraine to gain their independence. Of course, the Ukraine had a very large number of armed divisions with tanks and jet fighters and atomic weapons. They were holding a baseball bat. Allowing them to take back their independence must have seemed to be the logical choice for the Russians as well as the internationalists under the circumstances. Trading commodities apparently seemed more advantageous than trading missiles.
Has it occurred to you that the armed and trained national guards in eight or more States including Texas represent an awesome military baseball bat? Did you know that the Texas Air Guard has provided the Air Defense for the Gulf Coasts of Texas and Louisiana with all of the petrochemical plants found there for several decades with jet fighters armed with nuclear tipped missiles? The National Guards of the States of the old Confederacy represent a very large percentage of the military might of the United States today and they have had much combat experience. When Southern States re-affirm their Statehood in the Confederate States of America they will, of course, temporarily nationalize the various State National Guard units along with their military equipment for service in the CSA just as the Ukrainians did.
Is this a beautiful sight? We can long for the day that our skies will be full
of such birds when the Confederate States Air Force establishes air supremacy over our Southern skies.
Think big and bold. This is the militia we need, the State National Guard units of the States who re-affirm their Statehood in the Confederate States of America.
This idea will be a reality at some future time. Even with the necessary political posturing in the legislatures of the several Southern States, timing will be crucial for the actual restoration and activation of the government of the Confederacy. The collapse of the U.S. economy as well as the moral and political collapse is sure to come. When it does, terrible unrest and even starvation will visit the United States. New England is very likely to secede as is Alaska and California. These are not States of the Confederacy nor are they envisioned to be in the future. However, at such a tumultuous time as would be unfolding in this land in the event of the collapse and disintegration above mentioned, sensible people will be desperate for answers and stability. Such leadership will be provided by the Southern Independence Party as coordinated by the Federation of States and will result in the actual restoration of the Confederate States of America as a matter of necessity. Failure to provide such leadership and such opportunity to the people living in the South could result in much greater hardship, starvation and civil riots. Planning therefore for that eventuality is the only responsible thing to do. No reform of the existing corrupt system of the presently constituted United States will save the day.
